摘　　要：每年5月的第1个星期二是世界防治哮喘日(似下简称世界哮喘日)。哮喘是一种常见的呼吸系统疾病,被世界卫生组织列为四大顽症之一,是仅次于癌症的世界第二大致死和致残疾病。本文以叙事医学为框架,梳理了关于哮喘的疾病史故事和人文故事、经典文学作品中的哮喘叙事,以及哮喘患者的日记或回忆录叙事。这些与哮喘相关的、古今中外的虚构和非虚构的故事,对于奠定、检验全球公共卫生和疾病防控基础都非常有益,不仅能科普哮喘,还是思想政治和人文伦理教育的理想文本。World Asthma Day is commemorated every year on the first Tuesday of May.Asthma,always being a major medical and public health concern,is one of the oldest diseases in medical history.Framed by narrative medicine,the article is dedicated to understand asthma from the following three dimensions:humanistic narrative of asthma in medical history,asthma narrative in literary works and asthma autopathographical narrative of patient or his relatives.These asthma narratives,both ancient and modem,contribute to shaping and examining the foundations of global public health,which not only popularize the basic knowledge of the disease in a readable and plottable way,but also serve as an ideal text for ideological mnd political education as well as humanistic mnd ethical education for public health.
