《临证指南医案》脾胃阴虚证候用药数据挖掘研究

摘　　要：目的:《临证指南医案》共十卷,收载医案2 576例,选录脾、胃阴虚证候相关医案,探寻叶桂治疗脾、胃阴虚证候的用药规律。方法:标识阴虚证并编号,使用Microsoft Office 2010办公软件将选定的医案录入,整理数据。使用SPSS Stastic21.0、SPSS Clementine 12.0统计软件调取数据,分别运用聚类分析和关联规则的数据挖掘方法来探求《临证指南医案》中叶桂对于脾、胃阴虚证的用药规律。结果:叶桂善以甘来补五脏之阴,并灵活运用苦寒、滋阴、敛阴的药物。治疗脾阴虚证,叶桂善在四君子汤基础上化裁。胃阴虚证,叶桂则善用麦门冬汤加减,治法以甘缓法、酸甘法、甘凉法为主。Objective: Medical records for clinical guidance contains 10 volumes, containing 2 576 medical records. The relevant medical records that related to spleen-stomach Yin-deficiency syndromes(阴虚证) were selected in order to explore the medication laws for treating Yin-deficiency syndromes by Ye Gui. Methods: Microsoft Office 2010 software was used to enter the selected medical records, and the data was sorted out. SPSS Static 21.0 and SPSS Clementine 12.0 statistical software were used to collect the data, and the data mining methods of clustering analysis and association rules were used to explore the medication rules for treating spleen-stomach Yindeficiency syndromes in medical records for clinical guidance. Results: Ye Gui is skilled in tonifying Yin of the five viscera, and flexibly applies the medicines for bitter cold, nourishing Yin and restraining Yin. Ye Gui is good at treating spleen Yin-deficiency syndrome with the Sijunzi decoction(四君子汤) mainly, and treating stamoch Yin-deficiency with the Maimengdong decoction(麦门冬汤) mainly. The main principles of the treatment are the relaxation method, the sour-sweet method, and the sweet-cooling method.
