“拨筋通络手法”治疗臀上皮神经损伤临床经验

摘　　要：文章通过临床病例分析、相关文献溯源,以及临床实践等途径,从病因病机、治疗方法等整理分析阎喜换老师的拨筋通络手法治疗臀上皮神经损伤的临床经验。臀上皮神经损伤属于中医"筋出槽"范畴,神经在外力的作用下发生离位卡压,是本病的根本病机。"拨筋通络"手法抓住损伤发病的根本,使离位的神经扶正,受损的筋膜贴附,从而达到"骨正筋柔,气血以流"的筋骨状态,使疾病立刻好转。In this article, the clinical experience of teacher Yan Xihuan in treating gluteal epithelial nerve injury by manipulation of resetting the tendons and dredging the collaterals was analyzed from aspects of the etiology, pathogenesis, treatment methods, etc. based on clinical cases analysis, related literatures tracing, and clinical practice. The fundamental pathogenesis of gluteal epithelial nerve injury is that the nerve is compressed under the action of external force. Manipulation of resetting the tendons and dredging the collaterals is compatible with the root of the injury, so that the dislocated nerves are resetted, and the damaged fascia is attached, so as to achieve a state of “bone is normal and the tendons are soft, and the Qi(气) and blood flow”, so that the disease gets better immediately.
