芍药甘草加味免煎剂联合消旋山莨菪碱片治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:使用芍药甘草加味免煎剂联合消旋山莨菪碱片治疗胃肠结热型小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎,以评估该治疗方法的应用价值。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年12月就诊的80例肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿,按照年龄、性别组间具有可比性原则,将其分为对照组与治疗组,各40例。对照组给予头孢克肟联合消旋山莨菪碱片,治疗组给予芍药甘草加味免煎剂联合消旋山莨菪碱片。比较两组临床疗效、中医症状积分、炎症因子水平及不良反应。结果:治疗组临床疗效高于对照组,症状积分低于对照组,C反应蛋白(C-reactive Protein,CRP)、降钙素原(Procalcitonin,PCT)水平低于对照组(P均<0.05);两组不良反应均较轻,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论:芍药甘草加味免煎剂联合消旋山莨菪碱片治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎效果较好,可有效改善临床症状,且用药安全性高。Objective: To evaluate the application value of the Shaoyao Gancao free-boiled decoction(芍药甘草加味免煎剂) plus racanisodamine tablets on gastrointestinal excessive heat type of mesenteric lymphadenitis in children. Methods: 80 cases were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to comparable principle of age and gender, 40 cases in each group. The control group was given cefixime plus racanisodamine tablets, and the treatment group was treated with the Shaoyao Gancao free-boiled decoction plus racanisodamine tablets. Results: The clinical efficacy in the treatment group was higher than the control group, the symptom score in the treatment group was lower than the control group, and the CRP and PCT levels in the treatment group were lower than the control group(P<0.05). The adverse reactions in the groups were all mild, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion:The Shaoyao Gancao free-boiled decoction plus racanisodamine tablets on mesenteric lymphadenitis in children shows better effects, can ameliorate clinical symptoms, with high medication safety.
