摘　　要：风湿病是临床上常见的一组疾病,西医治疗该病常采用激素、消炎止痛药、免疫抑制剂,此类药物易出现各种不良反应,裴正学教授认为川草乌合剂在治疗风湿病上有一定疗效。文章介绍了在"西医诊断,中医辨证,中药为主,西药为辅"的中西医结合学术思想指导下诊治风湿病的经验。Rheumatism is a group of common diseases in clinical practice. Hormones, anti-inflammatory analgesics and immunosuppressants are common western medicine, and prone to various adverse reactions or side effects. Professor Pei Zhengxue believes that the Chuancaowu mixture(川草乌合剂) shows a certain effect on rheumatism. The experience of diagnosis and treatment of rheumatism was introduced under the guidance of the academic ideology of the integrative medicin.
