摘  要:研究了一款便携可拆式小型旋耕机挡泥板结构,将之前整体固定式结构改成可拆式。当土壤黏度高时,高黏度土壤堆积于挡泥板处,由于输出额定转矩一定,高黏度的泥土阻碍旋耕刀旋转,直至其停机,该机能快速将挡泥板拆卸并及时清除在挡泥板上的高黏度土壤,有效改善挡泥板堵泥问题,提高除泥效果和整机的工作性能,广泛适用于高黏度土壤耕地作业。This research about a portable and detachable fender structure is studied,which changes the integral fixed structure into detachable structure. When the soil viscosity is high,the high viscosity soil accumulates at the fender. Because of the constant output rated torque,the high viscosity soil hinders the rotary blade from rotating until it stops. This function can quickly dismantle the fender and remove the high viscosity soil on the fender in time,which will improve the problem of mud blocking by the fender,improve the effect of mud removal and the working performance of the whole machine,and widely used in high viscosity soil Farmland operation.
