摘　　要：挤压式薄壁管作为一种采用新型管路连接方式设计的薄壁管,在船舶管路系统中的应用越来越广泛[1]。在分析挤压式薄壁管相对于传统管路的特殊点的基础上,结合某型在建船舶的应用需求,重点介绍挤压式薄壁管生产设计和现场安装的基本方法,以及应注意的事项,为采用此类连接方式的船舶淡水管路的设计和安装提供借鉴。As a new type of pipeline connection,extruded thin wall pipes are more and more used in marine pipeline systems.This paper introduces the basic methods of production design and field installation of extruded thin-walled pipes as well as the matters needing attention based on the analysis of typical points of extruded thin-walled pipes compared with traditional pipelines,and the application demand of a ship under construction,so as to provide reference for the design and installation of marine fresh water pipelines using this new type of connection method.
