摘 要:以碳化硅(SiC)和炭黑(C)为原料,石蜡(PW)为粘结剂,采用低压注射成型制备了反应烧结碳化硅,并研究了分散剂种类及添加量对浆料粘度的影响,同时分析了碳含量对碳化硅陶瓷微观结构与力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,当十六胺添加量为1 wt.%、固含量为70 wt.%时,浆料粘度为300 mPa·s,浆料的分散效果最佳。当煅烧温度为1450℃,碳含量为7 wt.%时,材料的体积密度为2.89 g/cm^(3)、气孔率为0.06%、抗弯强度为259 MPa、断裂韧性为4.35 MPa·m^(1/2)、维氏硬度(Vickers-Hardness,HV)为2950。Using silicon carbide(SiC)and carbon black(C)as raw materials,paraffin wax(PW)as binder,silicon carbide was prepared through reaction sintering combined with low-pressure injection molding.The effects of dispersants on viscosities of the slurries were studied.The influence of carbon content on microstructure and mechanical properties of the silicon carbide ceramics was also evaluated.It was found that optimal slurry with a viscosity of 300 mPa·s was achieved when the hexadecylamine content and solid loading were 1 wt.%and 70 wt.%,respectively.After reaction sintering at 1450℃,density,porosity,bending strength,fracture toughness and Vickers-Hardness(HV)of SiC sample with 7 wt.%carbon were 2.89 g/cm^(3),0.06%,259 MPa,4.35 MPa·m^(1/2) and 2950,respectively.
