摘 要:探讨不同环剥时期对南方冬枣光合作用的影响,以促进其产业健康、可持续的发展。以湖南地区冬枣为研究对象,分为4个处理:A开花前环剥、B初花期环剥、C盛花期环剥、D盛花后期环剥,分别测定4个处理果树在果实膨大期和白熟期的光合指标,并测定白熟期果树的生长指标及转红期果树的产量和果实品质,同时对产量和品质进行主成分分析。结果表明,膨大期冬枣光合速率总体上强于白熟期果树光合速率,2个时期B、C处理果树净光合速率均显著高于A、D处理(P<0.05)。同时B、C处理SPAD、枣吊粗、单吊长、叶面积、叶厚度、单吊坐果数等指标较A、D处理均表现出较高值。C处理冬枣果实产量最高,平均株产可达12.01 kg,与A、D处理均有显著差异(P<0.05)。C处理具有较高的V_(C)(3.05 mg/g)含量、可溶性固形物(23.10%)和糖(12.57%)的含量,及较低的酸值(0.243%),B处理品质效果表现次之,D、A处理相对较差。不同处理果实产量、品质综合得分F值及各处理光合速率平均值均表现为C>B>D>A,两者具有一致性。综上可知,不同时期环剥对冬枣具有较大的影响,南方冬枣在初花期至盛花后期环剥有利于枣树的光合作用、生长结实和品质的提高。In order to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the industry,the effects of different girdling periods on the photosynthesis of winter jujube were studied.Taking winter jujube in Hunan Province as the research object,the experiment was divided into 4 treatment groups:A girdling before flowering,B girdling at the beginning of flowering,C girdling at the peak of flowering and D girdling at the end of peak of flowering.Photosynthesis of the fruit trees in the four groups was measured at expanding period and white maturity,and the growth indexes of the fruit trees at the white maturity stage and the yield,fruit quality of the fruit trees at turning red period were determined,at the same time,the main components analysis of yield and quality was carried out.The results showed that the photosynthetic rate of winter jujube in the expanding period was higher than that of the fruit trees in the white ripening period,and the net photosynthetic rate of the fruit trees in the B and C treatment groups was significantly higher than that in the A and D treatment groups(P<0.05).At the same time,the SPAD,jujube hanging thickness,single hanging length,leaf area,leaf thickness,number of single hanging fruit indexes of the treatment groups B and C showed higher values than the treatment groups A and D.The yield of winter jujube in the treatment group C was the highest,the average plant yield could reach 12.01 kg,which was significantly different from that in the group A and D(P<0.05).Group C had a higher content of V_(C)(3.05 mg/g),soluble solids(23.10%)and sugar(12.57%),and A lower acid value(0.243%).The quality effect of group B was the second,while that of group D and A was relatively poor.The fruit yield,quality comprehensive score F value of different treatments and the average value of photosynthetic rate of each treatment group are shown as C>B>D>A,which were consistent.In conclusion,the girdling in different periods has a greater impact on winter jujube,the stripping of southern winter jujube trees from the ea
