桂西北地区旅游饮食产业链发展方案探析

摘　　要：深入开发桂西北地区旅游饮食产业,让贫困群众加入生产、流通、销售等环节,形成当地旅游饮食产品产业链,带动贫困群众脱贫致富。通过深入挖掘桂西北地区旅游产业发展现状及存在的问题,充分掌握影响桂西北地区旅游产业全域旅游发展的阻碍,提出桂西北地区旅游饮食产业链发展方案,为该区域贯彻实施全域旅游绿色融合发展战略奠定坚实基础。The tourism catering industry in Northwest Guangxi should be further developed,so that the poor people can join in the production,circulation and sales links,and form the local tourism food product industrial chain,so as to drive the poor people out of poverty and become rich.This paper deeply explores the current situation and existing problems of tourism industry development in Northwest Guangxi,fully grasps the obstacles that affect the whole tourism development of tourism industry in Northwest Guangxi,and puts forward the development methods of tourism catering industry chain service in Northwest Guangxi,which lays a solid foundation for the implementation of the green integration development strategy of tourism in this region.
