摘 要:联合侦察情报按时效性可分为实时情报和事后情报。实时情报偏战术级,强调情报的时效性和准确性,尤其是针对时敏目标,需要利用云侦察的概念高效协同各侦察传感器,通过高质量的信息交换实现目标侦瞄一体,为打击行动提供快速精准的情报支持。事后情报偏战略级,强调情报的连续性和完整性,侧重利用大数据平台对多源情报信息进行关联印证生成统一态势,为战略决策提供辅助。针对联合侦察情报生成,提出一种“以任务为中心”的面向联合侦察情报的体系架构,在实时情报和事后情报的生产流程中结合大数据、云计算、人工智能等技术,提升情报产品质量。According to timeless,joint reconnaissance intelligence can be divided into real-time and post intelligence.Real-time intelligence belongs to tactical intelligence,which emphasizes the timeliness and accuracy of intelligence.Especially for time-sensitive targets,it is necessary to use the concept of cloud reconnaissance to efficiently cooperate with various sensors.Through high-quality information sharing,the integration of target detection could be realized quickly,and fast and accurate intelligence is provided for the strike operations.The post intelligence be-longs to strategic intelligence,which emphasizes the continuity and integrity of intelligence,and focus on using big-data system to form a unified intelligence situation through the correlation and verification of intelligence information from different sources.Aiming at the joint reconnaissance intelligence generation,a‘task centric’architecture is put forward,and combined with big data,cloud computing and artificial intelligence,the quality of intelligence products could be im-proved.
