摘  要:目的分析早孕期超声规范化结构筛查在胎儿四肢畸形诊断中的应用效果。方法以8000例孕妇作为研究对象,所有孕妇均予以早孕期超声规范化结构筛查,并对孕早期检测正常孕妇在孕中期再次进行超声规范化结构筛查。分析总结孕早期超声检测结果,并分析总结孕早期正常孕妇的孕中期超声检测结果。结果8000例孕妇孕早期超声检测出:四肢短小7例,占畸形胎儿的58.33%,占全部胎儿的0.09%;下肢缺失1例,占畸形胎儿的8.33%,占全部胎儿的0.01%;并指1例,占畸形胎儿的8.33%,占全部胎儿的0.01%;多指(趾)1例,占畸形胎儿的8.33%,占全部胎儿的0.01%;足内翻2例,占畸形胎儿的16.66%,占全部胎儿的0.02%;共计畸形12例,占全部胎儿的0.15%。7988例孕早期检测正常孕妇在孕中期检测出:多指1例,占比为0.01%;并指1例,占比为0.01%;提示孕早期检测漏诊2例,漏诊率为14.29%(2/14),孕早期检测准确率为85.71%(12/14)。结论早孕期超声规范化结构筛胎儿四肢畸形的准确性较高,可有效缩短畸形胎儿的引产时间,促进孕妇引产后的快速康复,降低新生儿畸形率,从整体上提高新生儿质量,值得应用与推广。Objective To analyze the practical effect of ultrasound standardized structure screening in the diagnosis of fetal limb deformity in early pregnancy.Methods There were 8000 pregnant women as the research subjects.All pregnant women were screened by the standardized structure of ultrasound in early pregnancy,and then the normal pregnant women were screened by ultrasonic standardized structure in the middle of pregnancy.The results of ultrasound in early pregnancy,and the results of ultrasound in mid pregnancy of pregnant women who were normal in early pregnancy were analyzed and summarized.Results Ultrasound in early pregnancy of 8000 pregnant women:7 cases of short limbs,accounting for 58.33%of the malformed fetuses,accounting for 0.09%of all fetuses;1 case of lower limbs missing,accounting for 8.33%of the malformed fetuses,accounting for 0.01%of all fetuses;and 1 case of syndactyly,accounting for 8.33%of malformed fetuses,accounting for 0.01%of all fetuses;1 case of polydactyly,accounting for 8.33%of malformed fetuses,accounting for 0.01%of all fetuses;2 cases of strephenopodia,accounting for 16.66%of malformed fetuses,accounting for 0.02%of all fetuses;a total of 12 cases of malformations,accounting for 0.15%of all fetuses.Ultrasound in mid pregnancy of 7988 pregnant women who were normal in early pregnancy:1 case of polydactylism,accounting for 0.01%,and 1 case of syndactyly,accounting for 0.01%;indicating 2 cases of missed diagnosis in early pregnancy,the missed diagnosis rate was 14.29%(2/14),and the accuracy rate of early pregnancy detection was 85.71%(12/14).Conclusion The accuracy of ultrasound standardized structure screening in early pregnancy has high accuracy for fetal limb deformity,which can effectively shorten the induction time of deformed fetuses,promote rapid recovery of pregnant women after induction of labor,reduce the rate of neonatal deformities,and improve the quality of newborns as a whole.It is worthy of application and promotion.
