沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片治疗老年慢性心功能不全的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探究对老年慢性心功能不全患者行沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片治疗的临床疗效。方法80例老年慢性心功能不全患者,依据随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组,每组40例。对照组患者接受常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片治疗。比较两组治疗效果、6 min步行距离、左室射血分数(LVEF)、堪萨斯城心肌病患者生活质量量表(KCCQ)评分及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率97.50%高于对照组的75.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者6 min步行距离(343.01±32.23)m长于对照组的(262.23±31.87)m,LVEF(50.23±3.43)%、KCCQ评分(82.23±6.00)分高于对照组的(40.29±3.02)%、(70.02±5.55)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对老年慢性心功能不全患者行沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片治疗可有效改善患者的心功能,患者的生存质量得以显著改善,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of sacubitril valsartan sodium tablets in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency.Methods A total of 80 cases of elderly patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency were divided into observation group and control group according to random numerical table,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received conventional treatment,and patients in the observation group were treated with sacubitril valsartan sodium tablets on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,6-min walking distance,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),Kansas City Cardiomyopathy Questionnaire(KCCQ)score and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 97.50%,which was higher than 75.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the 6-min walking distance(343.01±32.23)m of the observation group was longer than(262.23±31.87)m of the control group,and the LVEF(50.23±3.43)%and KCCQ score(82.23±6.00)points were higher than(40.29±3.02)%and(70.02±5.55)points of the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Sacubitril valsartan sodium tablets can effectively improve the cardiac function and quality of life of elderly patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency,and it contains high clinical application value.
