摘  要:本文介绍了LD泵浦Nd:YAG基于双折射滤波器消除空间竞争实现588.9nm的激光器。通过Nd:YAG的不同能级受激跃迁产生的1064nm和1319nm作为基频光,在线性谐振腔中同时振荡,且以Ⅱ类相位匹配切割的KTP晶体对两基频光进行非线性和频,通过双折射滤波器增大其他模式的透过损耗以抑制空间烧孔效应减少由于模式间的空间竞争,以得到高效率的单频588.9nm的激光输出。A 588.9 nm LD Pumped Nd:YAG laser based on birefringence filter to eliminate spatial.competition is introduced in this paper.1064nm and 1319nm generated by the stimulated transition of different energy levels of Nd:YAG are used as the fundamental frequency light,which oscillates simultaneously in the linear resonator,and the nonlinear sum frequency of the two fundamental frequency light is carried out by the KTP crystal cut by class II phase matching.The transmission loss of other modes is increased through the birefringence filter to suppress the spatial hole burning effect and reduce the spatial competition between modes,so as to obtain a single frequency 588.9 nm laser output with high efficiency.
