摘　　要：地方财政科技投入是提升科技创新能力的关键要素,本文首先分析吉林省近年来地方财政科技投入的发展情况,再分析地方财政科技投入与哪些因素相关,并对吉林省地方财政科技投入与相关因素建立基于Adaptive-LASSO回归分析模型,通过回归分析结果分析相关因素具体如何影响地方财政科技投入,最终从加大地方财政科技投入、优化资源配置和建立绩效考核机制等方面提出相关建议。Local financial science and technology investment is the key factor to improve the ability of scientific and technological innovation.This paper first analyzes the development of local financial science and technology investment in Jilin Province in recent years,then analyzes the factors related to local financial science and technology investment,and establishes an adaptive lasso regression analysis model for local financial science and technology investment and related factors in Jilin Province,Through the results of regression analysis,this paper analyzes how relevant factors affect local financial science and technology investment,and finally puts forward relevant suggestions from the aspects of increasing local financial science and technology investment,optimizing resource allocation and establishing performance appraisal mechanism.
