摘 要:目的评价对糖尿病患者联合检验血清C肽、糖化血红蛋白的准确率和诊断价值。方法评价对象为2020年7月—2021年3月期间在该院就诊的1型糖尿病患者200例,纳入观察组,并选择该时间段体检健康者200名,纳入对照组。对患者空腹血清C肽、糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖进行检测和比较。结果检测结果表明,观察组空腹血清C肽(1.06±0.15)μg/L明显低于对照组(1.55±0.45)μg/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组糖化血红蛋白(10.42±2.38)%、空腹血糖(9.96±0.76)mmol/L及餐后2 h血糖(12.45±0.80)mmol/L明显高于对照组(5.12±0.50)%、(5.22±0.60)mmol/L、(6.56±0.75)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者尿α1-微球蛋白(41.52±10.25)mg/L、尿清蛋白/肌酐(64.85±1.25)均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者不但血糖水平较高,而且空腹血清C肽、糖化血红蛋白、尿α1-微球蛋白、尿清蛋白/肌酐也呈现明显的变化,联合检测可促进诊断准确率提升。Objective To evaluate the accuracy and diagnostic value of combined testing of serum C-peptide and glycosylated hemoglobin in diabetic patients.Methods The evaluation objects were 200 patients with type 1 diabetes who were treated in the hospital from July 2020 to March 2021.They were included in the observation group,and 200 healthy patients were selected for physical examination during this time period,and they were included in the control group.Peptides,glycosylated hemoglobin,fasting blood glucose,and 2 h postprandial blood glucose were tested and compared.Results The results showed that the fasting serum C-peptide of the observation group was(1.06±0.15)μg/L was significantly lower than that in the control group(1.55±0.45)μg/L,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);glycosylated hemoglobin(10.42±2.38)%,fasting blood glucose(9.96±0.76)mmol/L and postprandial blood glucose(12.45±0.80)mmol/L in the observationgroup were significantly higher than those in the control group(5.12±0.50)%,(5.22±0.60)mmol/L and(6.56±0.75)mmol/L,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).urinaryα1-microglobulin(41.52±10.25)mg/L and urinary albumin/creatinine(64.85±1.25)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Diabetes patients not only have higher blood glucose levels,but also fasting serum C-peptide,glycosylated hemoglobin,urineα1-microglobulin,urine albumin/creatinine also show significant changes.Combined detection can promote the improvement of diagnostic accuracy.
