摘　　要：目的对血清胰岛自身抗体及血脂水平在儿童1型糖尿病检测中的临床意义进行分析。方法选取2018年6月—2021年3月期间的36例糖尿病患儿作为疾病组,另取同一时期的20名健康小儿作为健康组,均检测谷氨酸脱羧酶抗体、抗胰岛素细胞抗体、抗胰岛素抗体,总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白,分析检测结果。结果①疾病组GADA、ICA阳性检出率高于健康组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②疾病组与健康组胰岛素水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);疾病组与健康组FCP、TC、LDL、TG水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③DKA组与非DKA组FCP、TC、TG水平、GADA阳性检出率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);DKA组与非DKA组胰岛素水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血清胰岛自身抗体及血脂水平检测在诊断儿童1型糖尿病中有着重要意义,为疾病诊断、治疗提供了科学依据。Objective To analyze the clinical significance of serum islet autoantibodies and blood lipid levels in the detection of type 1 diabetes in children.Methods 36 children with diabetes from June 2018 to March 2021 were selected as the disease group,and 20 healthy children from the same period were selected as the healthy group.All of them were tested for glutamate decarboxylase antibodies,anti-insulin cell antibodies,anti-insulin antibodies,total cholesterol,triglycerides,low-density lipoprotein,analyze the test results.Results 1.The positive detection rate of GADA and ICA in the disease group was higher than that in the healthy group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The insulin level of the disease group and the healthy group was compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the disease group and the healthy group had significant differences in FCP,TC,LDL,and TG levels,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.There were statistically significant differences in FCP,TC,TG levels and GADA positive detection rates between the DKA group and the non-DKA group(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in insulin levels between the DKA group and the non-DKA group(P>0.05).Conclusion The detection of serum pancreatic islet autoantibodies and blood lipid levels is of great significance in the diagnosis of type 1 diabetes in children,and provides a scientific basis for disease diagnosis and treatment.
