六味地黄丸加减对肾阴亏虚型2型糖尿病患者血糖及血脂水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨对肾阴亏虚型2型糖尿病患者采用六味地黄丸治疗对改善患者血糖、血脂的作用。方法选择该院2020年1—12月诊治中医辨证为肾阴亏虚型的2型糖尿病患者80例,按照随机数表法分为盐酸二甲双胍治疗对照组(n=40)与联用六味地黄丸加减治疗研究组(n=40),比较两组临床疗效,检测治疗前后两组血糖、血脂水平,并统计两组患者治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果研究组总有效率为92.50%,高于对照组75.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.501,P<0.05);治疗后,研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平分别为(6.57±1.08)、(8.37±1.95)mmol/L,均低于对照组(9.14±1.10)、(10.06±2.08)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(t=10.544、3.749,P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组三酰甘油(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平分别为(1.25±0.73)、(3.85±0.51)、(1.83±0.91)mmol/L,低于对照组(1.91±0.85)、(4.47±0.46)、(2.39±1.05)mmol/L;高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平(1.74±0.22)mmol/L高于对照组(1.35±0.17)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(t=3.726、5.709、2.549、8.872,P<0.05)。治疗期间,研究组不良反应发生率为10.00%,低于对照组30.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.000,P<0.05)。结论对肾阴亏虚型2型糖尿病者采用六味地黄丸加减治疗疗效理想,可有效控制患者血糖,且能够改善患者血脂水平,有利于降低患者不良反应的发生率,用药安全可靠。Objective To investigate the effect of Liuwei Dihuang Pills on the improvement of blood glucose and blood lipids in patients with kidney yin deficiency type 2 diabetes.Methods From January to December 2020 in the hospital,80 patients with type 2 diabetes with kidney yin deficiency syndrome were diagnosed and treated in the hospital.According to the random number table,they were divided into metformin hydrochloride treatment control group(n=40)and the study group(n=40)was used to treat the study group with Liuwei Dihuang Pills,the clinical effects of the two groups were compared,the blood glucose and blood lipid levels of the two groups before and after treatment were detected,and the occurrence of adverse reactions during the treatment of the two groups of patients was counted.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 92.50%,which was higher than 75.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.501,P<0.05);after treatment,the fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose levels of the study group were(6.57±1.08)mmol/L,(8.37±1.95)mmol/L,all lower than the control group(9.14±1.10)mmol/L,(10.06±2.08)mmol/L,the difference was statistically significant(t=10.544,3.749,P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of triacylglycerol(TG),cholesterol(TC)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in the study group were(1.25±0.73)mmol/L,(3.85±0.51)mmol/L,(1.83±0.91)mmol/L,respectively,lower than the control group(1.91±0.85)mmol/L,(4.47±0.46)mmol/L,(2.39±1.05)mmol/L;high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)level(1.74±0.22)mmol/L,higher than the control group(1.35±0.17)mmol/L,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.726,5.709,2.549,8.872,P<0.05).During the treatment period,the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 10.00%,which was lower than 30.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.000,P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with kidney yin deficiency type 2 diabetes,the use of Liuwei Dihuang Pills h
