人性化护理在糖尿病并发高血压患者护理中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察在糖尿病合并高血压疾病护理中开展人性化护理所呈现出的护理效果。方法选择于2018年7月—2020年7月就诊于该院的180例糖尿病合并高血压患者,以护理方法不同为依据实施分组,各90例,分别实施人性化护理、传统护理方法的病例所在组以研究组和对照组命名,对2种护理方法所呈现出的护理效果进行观察和比较。结果相比于传统护理,人性化护理的护理效果更为突出,研究组血糖水平(空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖)和血压水平(舒张压、收缩压)下降明显,护理总依从性和护理总满意度均提升明显,心理状态评分(焦虑、抑郁)下降明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病合并高血压疾病护理中开展人性化护理可达到满意的护理目标。Objective To observe the nursing effect of humanized nursing in the nursing of diabetes complicated with hypertension.Methods Selected 180 patients with diabetes and hypertension who were treated in the hospital from July 2018 to July 2020.Group observation was carried out based on different nursing methods,90 cases in each group.Humanized nursing and traditional nursing were implemented in the group of the cases of the method was named after the study group and the control group,and the nursing effects of the two nursing methods were observed and compared.Results Compared with traditional nursing,humanized nursing has more prominent treatment effects,the blood glucose level(fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose)and blood pressure(diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure)of the study group decreased significantly.Both total compliance and total nursing satisfaction increased significantly,and the mental state scores(anxiety,depression)decreased significantly,and the difference was significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing in the nursing of diabetes complicated with hypertension can achieve satisfactory nursing goals.
