摘　　要：目的探究GDM患者行持续性护理对血糖、妊娠结局的影响。方法将2018年1月—2019年12月入院治疗的妊娠糖尿病(GDM)患者70例作为研究对象,按照施予护理模式的不同将患者平均分为两组,对两组患者护理前后血糖水平的变化情况以及妊娠结局进行对比。结果护理前两组患者血糖指标水平对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后可观察到两组患者的血糖水平均呈现出改善趋势,但观察组该趋势明显更强,比对照组改善幅度大,效果好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组产妇娠期高血压疾病、剖宫产、早产儿及新生儿窒息的发生率明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于妊娠糖尿病(GDM)患者,持续性护理相比于常规护理更能够稳定患者的血糖水平,改善患者的妊娠结果。Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing care on blood glucose and pregnancy outcome in patients with GDM.Methods Seventy patients with gestational diabetes(GDM)from January 2018 and December 2019 were taken as the observation objects of this study.The patients were divided into two groups according to the different nursing modes,compare the changes of blood glucose levels before and after care and pregnancy outcomes between the two groups of patients.Results There was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose index levels between the two groups of patients before nursing(P>0.05);after nursing,it can be observed that the blood glucose levels of the two groups of patients show an improvement trend,but the trend in the observation group was significantly stronger and better than the control group,and the range is large and the effect is good,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the observation group has significantly lower incidences of gestational hypertension,cesarean section,premature infants and neonatal asphyxia,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with gestational diabetes(GDM),continuous care can stabilize the patient's blood glucose level and improve the patient's pregnancy outcome compared to conventional care.
