摘  要:随着中国油气勘探向深水、深层等新领域的迈进以及PDC钻头的广泛使用,复杂多变的地层岩性及细小的岩屑颗粒,给传统的地质录井带来挑战,甚至无法精准识别岩性。岩石薄片鉴定技术是岩石定名最可靠的手段,本次研究在前人的经验基础上,通过实践优化,提出一种新的钻井现场岩石薄片快速制备方法,该方法以金刚石磨盘为磨片核心,可在10分钟内完成2~3 mm大小的岩屑颗粒薄片制备工作。对比传统制备方法,该方法具有材料简单、现场环境需求低、快速高效、适用性广等优点,薄片制备和鉴定技术已成功应用于南海深水古潜山领域的钻井现场,该方法进一步丰富完善了录井手段,为钻井现场的勘探决策提供了重要的技术支持。With the development of China’s oil and gas exploration into new fields such as deep water and deep layer,and the widespread use of PDC bit,the complex and changeable stratum lithology and very fine cuttings grain have brought a great challenge to the traditional geological logging,even unable to accurately identify lithology.Rock thin section identification technology is the most reliable method in rocks named,on the basis of previous experience and through practical optimization,put forward a new method of fast preparation for rocks thin section in drilling site,the core of this method is used a type of diamond grinding disc,it can be finished cuttings grain rocks thin section preparation that 2~3 millimeter size in 10 minutes.Compared to traditional preparation method,new method has simple materials,low environment demand,advantages of fast and efficient,and wide applicability,thin section preparation and identification technology has been successfully applied to drilling sites in the deepwater buried hill field in the South China Sea.This method further enriches and improves logging methods,and provides important technical support for exploration decisions in drilling sites.
