摘  要:随着渤海油田的开发,要求封固的目的层越来越多,而且复杂层位越来越多、为了节约成本、为难以预知的预处理复杂情况提供处理层,在上部能够实现的层段应用长封固段固井用以节约套管层次的做法越来越多,传统的双级固井方式存在弊端。研究一种可以抗高温、适用于大温差的低密水泥浆体系,对长裸眼段进行一次封固,是本文的研究重点。笔者通过研究新型大温差缓凝剂,配合低密水泥浆体系,研究出一套适用于该油田的固井体系,提高了钻井时效。With the development of the Bohai Oilfield,more and more target layers are required for sealing,and more and more complex layers.In order to save costs and provide treatment layers for complex conditions that are difficult to predict in advance,it can be achieved on the upper part.There are more and more methods of applying long-sealing section cementing to save casing layers.The traditional two-stage cementing method has its drawbacks.To study a low-density cement slurry system that can withstand high temperatures and is suitable for large temperature differences,and to seal the long open-hole section once is the focus of this article.The author developed a set of cementing system suitable for this oilfield by researching a new type of large temperature difference retarder combined with a low-density cement slurry system to improve the drilling efficiency.
