摘　　要：该文论述了实验室安全管理的必要性及建设依据,提出实验室生物安全管理体系建立流程,并建议从实验室备案管理、人员管理、设备管理、样本管理、菌种管理、风险控制应急预案、废物处理、废水处理、安全保卫监督检查、审核评审等方面完善管理体系建立及运行。This article discusses the necessity and construction basis of laboratory safety management,proposes the laboratory biosafety management system establishment process,and proposes the laboratory record management,personnel management,equipment management,sample management,bacteria management,risk control emergency plan,Waste treatment,wastewater treatment,safety and security supervision and inspection,audit review and other aspects to improve the establishment and operation of the management system.
