基于CFPS数据的自评健康与医疗保险利用关系的研究

摘　　要：目的:对2018年CFPS数据进行自评健康等因素与医疗保险利用关系的研究,为我国医疗保险制度改革提供科学参考。方法:采用Logistic回归模型,分析自评健康等与医疗保险利用的关系,并与就诊行为回归模型进行了对比。结果:自评健康状况好者对医保利用是自评健康状况差者的0.608倍(P<0.01),随着年龄的增长,对医保利用呈凹增趋势,居民医保、新农合医保对医保利用分别是职工医保的0.721倍(P<0.01)和0.543倍(P<0.01)。结论:自评健康与医保利用关系统计显著,高年龄组人群医保利用率高,职工医保、居民医保和新农合医保对医保利用差异显著。Objective:Based on 2018 CFPS data,the relationship between self-rated health and medical insurance utilization was studied,providing scientific references for the reform of China’s medical insurance system.Methods:The relationship between self-rated health and medical insurance utilization was analyzed by Logistic regression model.The regression model of medical treatment behavior was compared.Results:The utilization of medical insurance in the patients with good self-rated health status was 0.608(P<0.01) times of that in the patients with poor self-rated health status.With the increase of age,the utilization of medical insurance showed a concave increasing trend.The utilization of medical insurance for residents’ and new rural medical insurance was 0.721 times(P<0.01) and 0.543 times(P<0.01) of that of urban workers’ medical insurance,respectively.Conclusion:The relationship between self-rated health and medical insurance utilization is statistically significant.The utilization rate of medical insurance in high age group was high.There were significant differences in the utilization of medical insurance among employee medical insurance,resident medical insurance and new rural cooperative medical insurance.
