摘　　要：中国由以前收容遣送制度到救助管理制度的改革,增加了“以人为本”的指导思想,是行政体制改革、政府简化职能、建立服务型政府的重要举措。随着中国经济的迅速发展、社会保障体系的逐渐完善等原因导致流浪人口减少。救助管理站的职能随之也发生转变。该文以烟台市救助站为例,针对救助管理站服务项能提升方面,做出深入探讨,推动救助站职能转变,适应社会发展。China's reform from the previous reception and repatriation system to the relief managementsystem has added the guiding ideology of"people-oriented".It is an important measure for the reform ofthe administrative system,the simplification of government functions and the establishment of a service-oriented government.With the rapid development of China's economy and the gradual improvement ofthe social security system,the vagrant population has decreased.The functions of the relief managementstation have also changed.Taking Yantai Relief Station as an example,this paper makes an in-depthdiscussion on the improvement of service items of relief management station,so as to promote the functiontransformation of relief station and adapt to social development.
