高校印章档案的管理现状与对策

摘　　要：印章档案是高校档案资源的组成部分,是学校独具特色的档案资源。它反映了高校行政沿革,真实客观地见证了学校的办学发展历程,具有特定的查考利用价值。但高校印章档案管理并没有得到很好的重视,还存在技术规范与标准没有统一、印章档案的管理制度不完善等问题。该文对于高校印章档案管理中存在的几个主要问题加以分析,并提出了制定科学统一的印章档案管理标准、实行印章档案成套保管、加强印章档案管理等行之有效的策略。Seal archives are an integral part of university archives resources and unique archives resources.It reflects the administrative evolution of colleges and universities,truly and objectively witnesses the development process of running a school,and has specific reference and utilization value.However,the management of seal archives in colleges and universities has not been paid much attention,there are still some problems,such as the lack of unity of technical norms and standards,and the imperfect management system of seal archives.This paper analyzes several main problems existing in the management of seal archives in colleges and universities,and puts forward some effective strategies,such as formulating scientific and unified seal archives management standards,implementing complete storage of seal archives,and strengthening seal archives management.
