摘　　要：新时期,大学生的心理健康以及大学生的社会适应性一直困扰着教育的发展,为了改变这一现状国家已经明确了职业教育的根本性质,“培养什么人、怎样培养人”,是我国社会主义教育事业发展中必须解决好的根本问题。党的十八大报告提出“:坚持教育为社会主义现代化建设服务、为人民服务,把立德树人作为教育的根本任务,培养德智体美全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人。”十八大报告明确把“立德树人”写进教育方针,它坚定而有力地回答了这一事关党和国家前途命运的问题,具有里程碑式的意义。以“立德树人”为指导思想,切实联系实际,通过篮球教学改革提高大学生的心理健康和社会适应性。In the new era,the mental health of college students and their social adaptability have been perplexing the development of education.In order to change this situation,the state has defined the fundamental nature of vocational education."Whom to cultivate and how to cultivate" is a fundamental problem that must be solved in the development of China’s socialist education.The report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward that "education should serve the socialist modernization drive and the people,take Lide Shuren as the fundamental task of education,and cultivate socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique and beauty".The report of the 18th National Congress clearly put "Lide Shuren" into the educational policy.It has a strong and powerful answer to this question related to the future and destiny of the party and the country,which is of milestone significance.With the guiding ideology of "Lide Shuren",we should practically integrate with practice and improve college students’ mental health and social adaptability through basketball teaching reform.
