摘  要:目的了解海曙区重点人群碘营养水平状况,为今后海曙区碘缺乏病防治工作提供依据。方法海曙区按东、西、南、北、中划分5个抽样片区,每个片区各随机抽取1个乡镇、街道,每个乡镇、街道各抽取1所小学,每所小学各抽取8~10岁非住校学生42人(抽取的42人要求每个年龄组各14人,男女各半)。每个乡镇、街道再随机抽取21名孕妇(早、中、晚孕期各7人)。采集学生和孕妇家中食用盐进行碘含量检测,采集学生和孕妇的随意尿样进行尿碘含量检测。其中2018年对抽取的学生进行甲状腺B超检查,计算甲状腺肿大率,2020年对抽取的孕妇进行补碘率调查,计算孕妇补碘率。结果学生家中食用盐碘含量中位数较稳定,2017—2020年分别为22.3 mg/kg,22.2 mg/kg,22.2 mg/kg,23.3 mg/kg;学生尿碘中位数逐年下降,但仍处于100~199μg/L的碘营养适宜水平,2017—2020年分别为201.1μg/L,178.4μg/L,175.3μg/L,146.9μg/L;学生甲状腺肿大率为1.43%,低于国家5%肿大率的要求;孕妇家中食用盐碘含量中位数较稳定,2017—2020年分别为23.3 mg/kg,23.1 mg/kg,22.2 mg/kg,22.7 mg/kg;孕妇尿碘中位数逐年下降,2017—2020年分别为141.3μg/L,136.4μg/L,110.1μg/L,104.2μg/L;孕妇补碘率为95.24%,高于国家90%补碘率的要求。结论2017—2020年海曙区重点人群碘营养水平总体达到国家碘缺乏病消除标准中技术指标要求,但儿童和孕妇合格碘盐覆盖率以及孕妇尿碘中位数均较低,应加强对儿童和孕妇的干预,提高其碘营养水平。Objective To understand the iodine nutritional status of key population in Haishu District,and to provide basis for the prevention and control of iodine deficiency disorders in Haishu District in the future.Methods Haishu district was divided into five sampling areas according to the east,west,south,north and middle.One township or street was randomly selected from each area,one primary school was selected from each township or street,and 42 non resident students aged 8-10 were selected from each primary school(the 42 selected students were required to be 14 in each age group,half male and half female).Another 21 pregnant women(7 in the early,middle and late pregnancy)were randomly selected from each township or street.The iodine content of edible salt in the home of students and pregnant women was detected,and the casual urine samples of students and pregnant women were collected for urine iodine content detection.Among them,in 2018,the extracted students were examined by B-ultrasound to calculate the goiter rate.In 2020,the iodine supplement rate of pregnant women was investigated to calculate the iodine supplement rate of pregnant women.Results The median iodine content of edible salt in students’home was relatively stable,which was 22.3 mg/kg,22.2 mg/kg,22.2 mg/kg and 23.3 mg/kg respectively from 2017 to 2020;the median iodine content in students’urine was decreasing year by year,but it was still at the appropriate level of iodine nutrition of 100~199μg/L,which was 201.1μg/L,178.4μg/L,175.3μg/L and 146.9μg/L respectively from 2017 to 2020;the goiter rate of students was 1.43%,which was lower than that of the national requirement of 5%;the median iodine content of edible salt in pregnant women’s home was stable,which was 23.3 mg/kg,23.1 mg/kg,22.2 mg/kg and 22.7 mg/kg respectively from 2017 to 2020;the median urinary iodine content of pregnant women was decreasing year by year,which was 141.3μg/L,136.4μg/L,110.1μg/L and 104.2μg/L respectively from 2017 to 2020;the iodine supplement rate of pregn
