摘　　要：锚杆静力压桩机广泛应用于建筑物加固纠偏工程,传统的顶压式锚杆静力压桩机难以施工,效率低,机动性差,不易操作且压桩力小。通过液压压桩施工设备结构设计,液压系统开发及设备制造与试验,研制了一种小型大压桩力(1 500 kN)抱压式锚杆静力压桩机,该机具有整机体积小、重量轻、压桩平衡的优点,相关设计是对传统锚杆静力压桩机的技术创新和改进完善。Anchor static pile driver is widely used in building consolidation and rectification projects.The traditional top-pressing anchor static pile driver is difficult to construct,has low efficiency and poor mobility,and is difficult to operate with small pile pressing force.Through structural design of hydraulic piling construction equipment,development of hydraulic system,and equipment manufacturing and test,a small-scale large-pile-pressing-force(1 500 kN)holding type anchor static pile driver is developed,which has the advantages of small volume,light weight and balanced pile pressing.The relevant design is the technical innovation and improvement of traditional anchor static pile driver.
