摘 要:针对无法在半消声室进行发动机声功率测试的问题,提出基于发动机试验室的发动机噪声源声功率测试方法。分别在半消声室和发动机试验室测试不同噪声源的声功率,得到半消声室和发动机试验室的声功率修正系数为6.07 dB;在发动机试验室对发动机进行声功率测试,通过半消声室和发动机试验室的声功率修正系数计算得到发动机在半消声室的声功率。为验证该方法的一致性,针对该发动机特定工况进行重复性测试,测试结果误差均值小于0.5 dB,表明该测试方法一致性较好,可用于工程测试。In view of problem that sound power of engine cannot be tested in semianechoic chamber,a sound power test method of engine noise source based on engine test room is proposed.By testing sound power of different noise sources in semi-anechoic chamber and engine test room respectively,sound power correction coefficient of semi-anechoic chamber and engine test room is obtained to be 6.07 dB;sound power of engine is tested in engine test room,and sound power of engine in semi-anechoic chamber is calculated through sound power correction coefficient of semianechoic chamber and engine test room.To verify consistency of this method,repeatability test is carried out for specific working conditions of the engine,and average error of test results is less than0.5 dB,indicating that the test method has good consistency and can be used in engineering test.
