摘 要:自卸式三轮车自卸过程中重心位置会有较大的变化,严重时会引起车辆翘头问题,影响使用安全。通过分析造成这种现象的原因,探讨后悬长度对翘头问题的影响;利用三维设计软件Solid Works建立自卸式三轮车模型,并模拟出车辆工作过程中箱体反转阶段和货物倾泻阶段两种工作状态;推导货物倾泻过程中倾覆力矩方程,利用MATLAB绘制出方程曲线,从而可以对三轮车箱体后悬长度设计的合理性进行分析,指导车辆结构设计。车辆试制结果表明调整箱体后悬长度能够达到控制翘头现象的目的。The position of center of gravity of dump tricycle will change greatly during dumping process,which may cause problem of vehicle head-lifting and affect use safety.By analyzing the causes of the phenomenon,the influence of rear suspension length on head-lifting problem is discussed;model of dump tricycle is established by using three-dimensional design software Solid Works to simulate two working status of box reversal phase and cargo dumping phase during vehicle working process;overturning moment equation in the process of cargo dumping is deduced,and equation curve is drawn by MATLAB,so that rationality of rear suspension length design of tricycle box can be analyzed to guide vehicle structure design.The results of vehicle trial production prove that adjusting rear suspension length of box can achieve the purpose of controlling head-lifting phenomenon.
