摘 要:悬臂式斗轮堆取料机是煤炭港口重要的生产作业设备之一。堆取料机生产作业能力的大小直接影响生产作业效率,关系到企业的生产效益。随着煤炭港口行业的发展,新建港口设备不断向机械化、智能化、大型化发展。相对成熟的煤炭港口装卸企业无法新建扩建,则更加注重生产效率的提升,追求设备性能的进一步挖潜。结合港口行业规模及上下游业务需求,选取设计合理的堆取料机尤为重要。斗轮堆取料机生产作业能力受很多参数影响,考虑这些参数的设计关系和计算方法对合理选取堆取料机和进一步提升堆取料机性能具有重要意义。研究斗轮堆取料机生产作业参数的选取规则、注意事项,梳理参数间的对应关系,为进一步提升斗轮堆取料机生产作业效率提供依据。Bucket-wheel stacker reclaimer is one of the important production equipment in coal port.The throughput of stacker reclaimer directly affects production efficiency and is related to production benefit of enterprise.With the development of coal port industry,new port equipment is developing towards mechanization,intelligence and large-scale.Relatively mature coal port loading and unloading enterprises are unable to build and expand,so they pay more attention to improvement of production efficiency and pursue further potential of equipment performance.Combined with scale of port industry and upstream and downstream business needs,it is particularly important to select a reasonably designed stacker reclaimer.Throughput of stacker reclaimer is affected by many parameters.Considering the design relationship and calculation method of these parameters is of great significance to reasonably select stacker reclaimer and further improve performance of stacker reclaimer.Selection rules and precautions of production parameters of bucket wheel stacker reclaimer are studied,and corresponding relationship between parameters is sorted out,so as to provide a basis for further improving production efficiency of bucket-wheel stacker reclaimer.
