摘  要:针对多功能作业车正转六连杆工作装置在典型工况下的空间立体结构受力分析难点问题,运用ADAMS与ANS YS联合仿真的方式,分别建立工作装置多刚体动力学模型与有限元模型,运用ADAMS对工作装置进行运动学和动力学分析,得到各构件传动角、铲斗收斗角及运动过程中的铰点受力变化曲线,选取典型工况下较大的铰点受力值,作为有限元分析的载荷数据;运用ANSYS对动臂进行有限元分析,采用惯性释放法对边界条件进行设置,分析得到动臂在典型工况下的应力结果。该方法有效解决了正转六连杆工作装置空间立体结构在动态工作过程中的受力分析问题。经过分析,多功能作业车正转六连杆工作装置的结构强度满足设计要求。Aiming at the difficult problems in force analysis of three-dimensional structure of forward-six-link attachment of multifunctional vehicle under typical working conditions,multirigid body dynamic model and finite element model of working device are established by using co-simulation of ADAMS and ANSYS.Kinematics and dynamics of attachment are analyzed by ADAMS to obtain transmission angle of each component,bucket retraction angle and force change curve of hinge point in motion,and large force value of hinge point under typical working conditions is selected as load data of finite element analysis;finite element analysis of boom is carried out by ANSYS,boundary conditions are set by inertia release method,and stress results of boom under typical conditions are obtained.This method effectively solves the problem of force analysis of three-dimensional structure of forwardsix-link working device in dynamic working process.Through analysis,structural strength of forward-six-link attachment of multifunctional vehicle meets the design requirements.
