摘　　要：目的对陕汽淮南专用汽车有限公司一线职工开展职业心理健康状况调查,探讨职业心理健康状况与个人不同特征情况之间的关系,为制定针对性的健康促进策略提供依据。方法淮南市职业病防治所于2019年8-12月对陕汽淮南专用汽车有限公司一线全体职工使用症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行测评,被调查者独立、完整填写问卷,用EpiData3.1建立数据库,应用SPSS 22.0软件对问卷数据进行统计分析,分析SCL-90量表各因子与个人不同特征情况的关系及组间差异。结果有效问卷263份,按照总分大于160分,调查结果阳性人数8人,阳性率为3.04%。按任一因子分大于2分,调查结果中躯体因子项阳性16人、强迫因子项阳性12人、人际关系敏感因子项阳性4人、抑郁因子项阳性6人、焦虑因子项阳性8人、敌对因子项阳性18人、恐怖因子项阳性8人、偏执因子项阳性12人、精神病性因子项阳性4人。结论陕汽淮南专用汽车有限公司一线职工职业心理健康状况要好于全国常模,但部分职工的单项指标呈阳性,这需要企业及个人采取一些针对性的措施,强化社会支持,减少不利因素的影响。Objective To survey the occupational mental health status of front-line employees of Shanqi Huainan Special Purpose Vehicle Co.,Ltd.,and investigate the relationship between occupational mental health status and different individual characteristics,providing basis for developing targeted health promotion strategies.Methods The front-line employees of Shanqi Huainan Special Purpose Vehicle Co.Ltd.,evaluated themselves using Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90)in Huainan Institute of Occupational Disease Prevention and Control in August to December 2019.The respondents filled in the questionnaire independently and completely.The EpiData3.1 software was used to establish database and the filled questionnaires were statistically analyzed using SPSS 22.0 software.The relationship between the factors of SCL-90 and different individual characteristics and the differences between different groups were compared.Results There were 263 valid questionnaires.Eight employees had a SCL-90 scale score>160 points,with the positive rate of 3.04%.Employees had a score>2 points in the following subscales:somatization(n=16),obsessive-compulsion(n=12),sensitivity of interpersonal relationship(n=4),depression(n=6),anxiety(n=8),hostility(n=18),fear(n=8),crankiness(n=12)and psyc paranoea(n=4).Conclusion The occupational mental health status of front-line employees of Shanqi Huainan Special Purpose Vehicle Co.Ltd.,is better than the mental health status of conventional employees in China,but some employees'single indicator is abnormal,which require enterprises and individuals to take some targeted measures,strengthen social support and reduce the impact of adverse factors..
