规范三级康复治疗对缺血性脑卒中患者预后的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨规范三级康复治疗对缺血性脑卒中患者预后的影响。方法回顾性分析该院2019年1—12月之间收治60例缺血性脑卒中患者为观察对象,依据不同治疗方案分为对照组(30例,常规康复治疗)和研究组(30例,规范三级康复治疗),对比两组治疗效果和预后情况。结果研究组患者治疗6个月后,运动功能评分为(86.72±6.22)分,日常生活活动能力评分为(73.83±6.23)分,生活质量评分为(101.35±7.74)分,均明显高于对照组的(75.34±5.93)分、(66.34±5.38)分和(86.23±6.61)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组神经功能缺损评分为(17.01±1.84)分,明显低于对照组的(20.13±1.77)分,两组数据差异有统计学意义(t=6.693,P<0.05)。结论缺血性脑卒中患者接受规范三级康复治疗,有助于患者预后改善,应用效果理想。Objective To explore the impact of standardized three-level rehabilitation therapy on the prognosis of patients with ischemic stroke.Methods A retrospective analysis of 60 patients with ischemic stroke admitted to the hospital between January and December 2019 were the observation objects.According to different treatment plans,they were divided into a control group(30 cases,conventional rehabilitation treatment)and an study group(30 cases,standardize three-level rehabilitation treatment),compare the treatment effect and prognosis of the two groups.Results After 6 months of treatment in the study group,the motor function score was(86.72±6.22)points,the activity of daily living score was(73.83±6.23)points,and the quality of life score was(101.35±7.74)points,which were significantly higher than the control group of(75.34±5.93)points,(66.34±5.38)points and(86.23±6.61)points in the study group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the neurological deficit score of the study group was(17.01±1.84)points,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(20.13±1.77)points;there was statistically significant difference in data between the two groups(t=6.693,P<0.05).Conclusion The standard tertiary rehabilitation treatment for patients with ischemic stroke can help improve the prognosis of patients,and the application effect is ideal.
