采用左西孟旦与米力农治疗心力衰竭的疗效对照分析

摘　　要：目的探讨采用左西孟旦与米力农治疗心力衰竭的疗效对照。方法方便选取该院在2018年10月—2019年11月入住的50例心力衰竭患者作为该研究的研究对象,按照随机数表分组,每组25例。米力农组采取米力农注射液治疗,左西孟旦组则采取左西孟旦注射液治疗。通过治疗,比较两组治疗效果和住院时间,治疗前、后患者左心室射血分数(LVEF)、6 min步行试验结果(6MWT)、B型利钠肽(BNP)水平。结果左西孟旦组治疗总有效率(96.00%)高于米力农组(68.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.878,P<0.05);左西孟旦组住院时间(11.02±0.21)d短于米力农组(16.21±1.52)d,差异有统计学意义(t=16.911,P<0.05);治疗前米力农组、左西孟旦组LVEF、6MWT、BNP水平相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后左西孟旦组LVEF(56.66±6.35)%、6MWT(390.56±73.21)m高于米力农组,BNP水平(104.12±12.21)pg/mL低于米力农组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.689、4.091、26.376,P<0.05)。结论左西孟旦注射液治疗心力衰竭的效果确切,能够有效缓解患者的心力衰竭症状,促使患者的心功能和运动耐力水平得到明显改善,且有利于缩短患者的住院时间,是治疗心力衰竭的合理用药,作为心力衰竭的有效治疗方案选择,可在临床推广应用。Objective To explore the efficacy comparison of levosimendan and milrinone in the treatment of heart failure.Methods Fifty patients with heart failure admitted to the hospital from October 2018 to November 2019 were conveniently selected as the research objects of this study.They were grouped according to a random number table,with 25 cases in each group.The milrinone group was treated with milrinone injection,and the levosimendan group was treated with levosimendan injection.Through treatment,the treatment effect and length of hospitalization were compared between the two groups,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),6-min walk test results(6MWT),and B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP)levels of patients before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of levosimendan group(96.00%)was higher than that of milrinone group(68.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.878,P<0.05);the length of stay in levosimendan group was(11.02±0.21)d shorter than the milrinone group(16.21±1.52)d,the difference was statistically significant(t=16.911,P<0.05);the LVEF,6MWT and BNP levels of the milrinone group and levosimendan group were similar before treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the LVEF(56.66±6.35)%and 6MWT(390.56±73.21)m of the levosimendan group were higher than those of the milrinone group,and the BNP level(104.12±12.21)pg/mL was lower than that of the milrinone group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.689,4.091,26.376,P<0.05).Conclusion Levosimendan injection has a definite effect in the treatment of heart failure.It can effectively relieve the symptoms of heart failure in patients,promote the obvious improvement of the patients'heart function and exercise endurance level,and help shorten the patient’s hospital stay.It is a treatment for heart failure.Rational use of drugs,as an effective treatment option for heart failure,can be promoted and applied in clinical practice.
