产后康复中延伸护理的应用效果及对母婴身心健康的影响分析

摘　　要：目的延伸护理对产后康复中心护理效果。方法选择2019年1月—2020年6月该院产后康复中心产妇140名,分为两组,对照组接受常规产后护理,观察组常规护理+延伸护理。对比母婴基本情况、护理前后产妇对母婴健康知识掌握程度及满意度。结果护理结果对比母婴基本情况,包括母乳喂养、恶露情况、产妇身份及心理转变、家庭关系、婴儿健康等方面,观察组健康情况相对于对照组较优,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.877、8.400、7.937、10.570、4.834,P<0.05);护理效果对比产妇对母婴健康知识掌握程度评分,观察组护理后分值相对于对照组较高[(92.97±2.56)分vs(81.96±2.88)分,t=23.906,P<0.001];组间满意度评分对比,观察组分值相对于对照组较高,差异有统计学意义[(95.08±2.17)分vs(86.33±2.25)分,t=23.420,P<0.001]。结论产后康复配合延伸护理可延长护理时间,提高产妇产后对母婴知识了解程度,改善母婴健康水平,提高满意度。Objective To extend the nursing effect of postpartum rehabilitation center.Methods From January 2019 to June 2020,140 parturient women in the postpartum rehabilitation center of the hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups.The control group received routine postpartum care,and the observation group routinecare extended care.Compared the basic situation of mothers and babies,the maternal mastery of maternal and child health knowledge and satisfaction before and after nursing.Results Nursing results were compared with the basic conditions of mothers and infants,including breastfeeding,lochia,maternal status and psychological changes,family relations,infant health,etc.The health status of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.877,8.400,7.937,10.570,4.834,P<0.05);the nursing effect was compared with the maternal mastery of maternal and infant health knowledge.The score of the observation group after nursing was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant,the difference was statistically significant[(92.97±2.56)points vs(81.96±2.88)points,t=23.906,P<0.001];the satisfaction scores between groups were compared,and the observed component value was higher than that of the control group[(95.08±2.17)points vs(86.33±2.25)points,t=23.420,P<0.001].Conclusion Postpartum rehabilitation combined with extended nursing can extend the nursing time,improve the knowledge of mothers and infants after delivery,improve the health of mothers and infants,and increase satisfaction.
