探析柔性管理在公证管理中的应用

摘　　要：在以往企业管理中,大部分都采用刚性管理手段,企业在管理中缺乏变通,而这种管理手段也渐渐暴露出一些缺点,因此很多现代企业逐渐利用柔性管理。在密集型工作中,比如:在事业单位改制后实行企业化管理的公证处,工作中采取这种柔性管理的方法,效果会更好,可以提升管理效率,为人才管理提出更好的指导。在很多知识型企业发展过程中,柔性管理逐渐发挥重要的作用,并激励员工提升创新力和竞争力,使得员工可以更好地为企业做出贡献。该文主要结合柔性管理的相关概念,分析了柔性管理的可行性,探讨了柔性管理在公证管理中的应用。In the past,most enterprises used rigid management means,and enterprises lacked flexibility in management,and this management means gradually exposed some shortcomings.Therefore,many modern enterprises gradually use flexible management.In intensive work,such as the notary office that implements enterprise management after the restructuring of public institutions,the effect will be better if this flexible management method is adopted in the work,which can improve the management efficiency and provide better guidance for talent management.In the development process of many knowledge-based enterprises,flexible management gradually plays an important role,and encourages employees to improve their innovation and competitiveness,so that employees can better contribute to the enterprise.Combined with the related concepts of flexible management,this paper analyzes the feasibility of flexible management and discusses the application of flexible management in notarization management.
