新时期我国高校院系资料室的功能转化与核心价值研究

摘　　要：院系资料室作为学校图书馆文献信息资源服务的重要补充,在促进我国高等教育事业的发展以及促进“双一流”建设方面不可或缺。其具备服务对象明确、图书资料专业性更强、近距离服务师生提高服务效率等优势。如今,智能5G大数据时代的到来使得国内综合性大学的资料室面临被淘汰的风险,无论是资料室的建设规模,还是资料员能力水平、预算经费、信息资源的有效性等都参差不齐,管理形式各异。若想发挥院系资料室潜能的首要任务就是明确院系资料室的核心价值及由其决定的功能定位,包括对院系资料室进行功能调整与服务重定位,以及与学校图书馆建立互通,尽快完成院系资料室的现代化升级,从而使其为学科发展和“双一流”建设发挥最大作用。As an important supplement to the literature and information resources service of university library,the reference room of colleges and departments is indispensable in promoting the development of China’s higher education and the construction of"double first-class".It has the advantages of clear service objects,stronger professionalism of books and materials,close service for teachers and students and improving service efficiency.Nowadays,the arrival of the era of intelligent 5g big data makes the reference rooms of domestic comprehensive universities face the risk of being eliminated.The construction scale of the reference rooms,the ability level of librarians,budget funds and the effectiveness of information resources are uneven,and the management forms are different.If you want to give full play to the potential of the department reference room,the primary task is to clarify the core value of the department reference room and the functional positioning determined by it,including the functional adjustment and service repositioning of the department reference room,as well as the establishment of communication with the school library,so as to complete the modernization and upgrading of the department reference room as soon as possible,so as to make it play the greatest role in discipline development and"double first-class"construction.
