摘 要:采用涂覆法在蜂窝堇青石上负载Mn-Sm/ZrFe-PILM脱硝催化剂,考察了黏结剂种类及添加量、固含量对蜂窝催化剂的涂覆效果和脱硝活性的影响;同时采用SEM和XRD对蜂窝催化剂的微观形貌和物相组成进行了表征分析.结果显示,当锆溶胶添加量(质量分数)为40%、固含量为25%时,所制备的蜂窝催化剂的脱硝活性最好,在120℃时NOx转化率达到90.32%,涂覆率和脱落率分别为50.07%,7.02%.表征结果表明,丰富的孔结构有助于脱硝活性的提高,堇青石表面涂层的均匀性和覆盖度与蜂窝催化剂的NH3-SCR脱硝活性有直接的关系.The Mn-Sm/ZrFe-PILM denitration catalyst was supported on the honeycomb cordierite by coating method.The effects of different binders,addition amounts,and solid content on the coating effect and denitrification activity of the honeycomb catalyst were investigated.At the same time,the microscopic morphology and phase composition of the honeycomb catalyst were characterized and analyzed by SEM and XRD.The results showed that when the added amount of zirconium sol(mass fraction)was 40%and the solid content was 25%,the prepared honeycomb catalyst had the best denitrification activity.The NOx conversion rate reached 90.32%at 120℃,and the coating rate and shedding rate were 50.07%and 7.02%,respectively.The characterization results indicated that the rich pore structure was beneficial to the improvement of the denitration activity,and the uniformity and coverage of the cordierite surface coating were directly related to the NH3-SCR denitration activity of the honeycomb catalyst.
