摘　　要：随着社会发展的需要,我国诸多高校开设社会体育指导与管理专业,由于各种因素的影响导致部分高校培养结果不佳,以至于社会体育指导与管理专业毕业生专业不精、就业不准等等问题。运用文献资料、访谈、逻辑分析法对高校社会体育指导与管理专业培养目标、专业方向设计、课程设置等进行重点研究,通过统计分析得出以下结论:(1)培养目标过于宏观,缺乏实际指导性和可操作性;(2)专业方向雷同于体育教育专业,难以体现社会体育专业特色;(3)课程设置模糊,与社会需求人才脱轨。新时代社会需求日新日益,高校培养人才亟需及时跟随国家发展步伐,针对现状提出改革建议,为地方高校社会体育指导与管理专业培养应用型人才提供参考。With the need of social development,many colleges and universities in our country set up social physical education guidance and management specialty.Due to the influence of various factors,some colleges and universities have poor training results,so that the graduates of social physical education guidance and management specialty are not good in their major and employment is not allowed.Through the use of literature,interviews and logical analysis,this paper mainly focuses on the training objectives,specialty direction design and curriculum setting of social physical education guidance and management specialty in colleges and universities.Through statistical analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)the training objectives are too macro and lack of practical guidance and maneuverability;(2)The major direction is similar to the physical education major,and it is difficult to reflect the characteristics of social physical education major;(3)Blurred curriculum setting and derailment of talents from social needs.In the new era,the social demand is getting new day by day,so it is urgent for colleges and universities to follow the pace of national development to cultivate talents.Based on the current situation,reform suggestions are put forward to provide reference for local colleges and universities to cultivate application-oriented talents in social sports guidance and management major.
