摘 要:为探究嘉陵江南充段出境江段浮游植物群落结构及水质状况,于2018年秋季(10月)在嘉陵江南充出境江段设置了5个采样点,测定流速、水温、酸碱度、透明度、溶解氧、浊度、总溶解性固体、亚硝酸盐等常规水质指标并分析浮游植物种类组成、密度、生物量。同时选用Shannon-Wiener多样性指数以及Margalef丰富度指数对水体污染情况进行判断。结果显示,嘉陵江南充出境江段共有浮游藻类8门30科46属80种,绿藻门和硅藻门藻类是优势类群,各门类藻类密度变化范围为0.14×10^(4)~4.53×10^(4)ind.·L^(-1),生物量介于0.011~0.036 mg·L^(-1),表明嘉陵江南充出境江段水质为Ⅱ类。Shannon-Wiener多样性指数以及Margalef物种丰富度指数表明该江段水体为轻度污染且处于贫营养状态。To explore the phytoplankton community structure and water quality in Nanchong outbound section of Jialing River,five sampling sites are set up in the autumn(October)of 2018 and common water quality indices are measured,including the flow rate,water temperature,pH,transparency,dissolved oxygen,turbidity,total dissolved solid,nitrite and so on.The species composition,density and biomass of phytoplankton are analyzed and the water pollution is judged by Shannon Wiener diversity index and Margalef richness index.The results show as follows:There are 80 species of phytoplankton belonging to 46 genera,30 families and 8 phyla in the section;The algae of chlorophyta and bacillariophyta are the dominant species;Density of each phyla ranges from 0.14×10^(4)to 4.53×10^(4) ind.·L^(-1),and biomass of each phyla ranges from 0.011 to 0.036 mg·L^(-1);The water quality is assessed in the range of class II based on the above-mentioned index.Shannon Wiener diversity index and Margalef richness index indicate that the water is in a state of poor nutrition as been slightly polluted.
