摘 要:针对门诊预约的调度优化问题,考虑到患者对于医生和时段的双重偏好,基于价值函数量化不同患者对不同预约结果的主观感知价值,使用累积前景理论建立预约调度模型,以提高患者总体满意度。在算例部分,通过给定患者对医生和时段的偏好序列,求解出使所有预约患者总体满意度最高的门诊预约安排,并根据运行情况修正模型,与传统"先到先服务"的预约调度系统进行效果比较。最后对模型参数进行了灵敏度分析,分析了模型主要参数的现实意义,以及不同参数比例下的预约调度优化机制,以指导不同类型和规模的医院进行预约机制的优化设计。For optimizing the scheduling of outpatient appointments,considering the patients′preferences for special doctors,appointment time and the submission time of patient′s appointment,the subjective perceived value of different patients on different appointment results were quantified based on the value function. The cumulative prospect theory was used to establish an outpatient appointment scheduling model for improving overall patients′ satisfaction. In the example part,the outpatient appointment arrangement that maximized the overall satisfaction of the patients was found out according to the given preference sequence of patients,then compared with the traditional appointment scheduling.Finally,the sensitivity of the model′s parameters and the scheduling optimization mechanism were analyzed under different parameters′ ratios to guide the appointment scheduling design for different types and scale of hospitals.
