摘  要:针对远洋独立海岛群能量生产输运调度系统中政府主导、社会多投资主体的运行特殊性,分析传统孤立微网系统全局运行优化及电力市场机制的不足,提出一种兼顾全局效益最优与利益分配公平的能量综合最优调度策略,并建立日前市场统一出清、能量最优调度、剩余利润分配3大模块。在独立海岛群能量生产输运系统中引入电力市场机制,锁定多投资主体市场统一出清利润,保证各参与方的基准收益;同步构建独立海岛群能量全局生产输运模型实施全局最优调度;最后比对电力市场出清结果与全局最优调度结果,核算系统剩余利润,并基于Shapely值法对剩余利润进行公平合理分配。算例分析表明,所提能量综合最优生产输运策略能够充分挖掘海岛群社会总福祉,同时提高各能源参与方的经济收益,保障独立海岛群能量生产输运系统高效运行。In view of the particularity of the operation in energy production and transportation dispatching system of the pelagic independent islands where the government leads and social multi-investors participates, the defects of the traditional isolated microgrid system global optimal scheduling and power market mechanism are analyzed. An integrated optimal energy scheduling strategy which took into account the global benefit optimization and benefit fair distribution was proposed, and the three modules of day ahead market clearing, energy optimal scheduling and residual profit distribution were established. The power market mechanism was introduced into the energy production and transportation system of independent islands, and the market clearing profit of the multiple investment entities was locked, so as to ensure that the income of each participant would not decrease anymore. The global optimal dispatching model of independent islands was constructed synchronously to implement the global optimal scheduling. Then the residual profit of the system was calculated by comparing the clearing results of the power market with the global optimal dispatching data, and the residual profit was distributed fairly based on Shapely-value method. The simulation analysis showed that the proposed integrated optimal energy scheduling strategy could fully tap the total social welfare of the independent islands, improve the economic benefits of all participants, and ensure the efficient operation of energy production and transportation system.
