摘　　要：钢铁行业是二氧化碳排放的重点行业,也是应对气候变化的重要责任主体,随着《钢铁行业碳达峰及降碳行动方案》的发布,国内各钢铁企业也将陆续制定其碳达峰及降碳行动的目标、任务和路线。提出了钢铁企业在制定碳达峰及降碳行动方案的前期研究工作内容与方法,为企业相关工作的开展提供了基本思路。Iron and steel industry is the key industry of carbon dioxide emissions,but also an important responsibility for climate change,with the promulgation of"Carbon Peak and Carbon Reduction Action Plan in Iron and Steel Industry",domestic iron and steel enterprises will release their targets,tasks and routes,this article puts forward the contents and methods of previous work on carbon peak and carbon reduction action scheme,proposes several countermeasures for iron and steel enterprises.
