摘 要:工业烟气碳捕集是实现碳中和目标的重要技术手段,而作为碳捕集主要对象的工业烟气,其颗粒物浓度数值的标准要求极其严格,目前用作超低排放控制的常规针刺毡及其覆膜滤料仍无法满足碳捕集纯净度的要求。基于静电纺丝制备的纳米纤维膜低阻高效的优点,其在非严苛环境中已获得应用。对直接纺丝法、固体胶膜热压法、共纺一步成型法制备的纳米纤维膜与基材的复合滤料进行综合评估,结果表明:共纺一步成型法明显优于其它覆膜方法,制备的纳米纤维膜复合滤料在过滤效率、阻力、覆膜牢度、拉伸强度等方面具有较大优势。Carbon capture from industrial emissions is an important technical means to achieve the goal of carbon neutrality.However,the requirements for industrial emissions used for carbon capture are very strict,and the widely used needle felt filter/membrane coated needle felt filter for the low emission cannot meet the purify requirements of carbon capture.The nanofiber membrane produced by electrospinning technology has attracted more attention with its high filtration efficiency and low pressure drop and has been widely applied in non-strict filtration field.In this paper,the composite filter materials of nanofiber membrane and substrate prepared by direct spinning,hot pressing of solid film and one-step co-electrospinning molding are comprehensively evaluated.The results show that the one-step co-electrospinning method is superior to other membrane covering methods,and the nanofiber membrane composite filter material has great advantages in filtration efficiency,resistance,membrane covering fastness and tensile strength.
