摘 要:为了探究负压筒导管架在施工过程中受力性能,利用SAP2000有限元分析软件建立负压筒导管架的模型。针对负压筒导管架纠偏进行受力分析,计算情况为负压筒不同步着底,逐步减小作用在导管架腿部的荷载值,模拟吸力泵系统产生吸力后负压筒对导管架腿支撑的减弱过程,建议在负压筒导管架纠偏过程中,筒体内外压强差应小于7.5 kPa,留有一定的安全储备;施工过程中导管架的倾斜角度不应超过0.8毅。综合考虑土阻力,针对负压筒导管架施工进行承载能力分析,在风、浪、流及自重荷载作用下计算出导管架腿部的上拔力或下推力,将其施加在负压筒上,在3种工况作用下,导管架对负压筒的拔筒力和压筒力满足承载能力要求。In order to explore the mechanical performance of negative pressure tube jacket during construction,the finite element analysis software SAP2000 was used to establish the model of negative pressure tube jacket.According to the force analysis of the negative pressure tube jacket rectification,the calculation is that the negative pressure tube does not touch the bottom synchronously,gradually reducing the load on the jacket legs,and simulating the weakening process of the negative pressure cylinder supporting the jacket legs after the suction pump system produces suction,it is suggested that in the process of rectifying the deviation of negative pressure tube jacket,the pressure difference inside and outside the tube should be less than 7.5 kPa,leaving a certain safety reserve;the inclination angle of the jacket should not exceed 0.8毅during the construction.Comprehensively consider the soil resistance,the bearing capacity analysis was carried out for the construction of the negative pressure tube jacket.Under the action of wind,wave,current and dead weight load,the pull-up force or down force of the jacket leg was calculated and applied to the negative pressure tube.Under the action of the three working conditions,the pulling force and pressing force of the jacket to the negative pressure tube meet the requirements of bearing capacity.
