摘  要:利用旋转流变仪研究了超高分子量聚乙烯/高密度聚乙烯(UHMWPE/HDPE)共混体系在180、190、200、210℃下的动态流变行为,并利用对数加和公式、van Gurp-Palmen (vGP)曲线和Cole-Cole曲线分析了共混物的相容性。结果表明,随着HDPE质量分数升高,共混熔体的缠结密度变小,非牛顿性减弱,复数黏度、复数模量降低,损耗因子升高;Carreau-Yasuda本构方程可较好地描述复数黏度的变化规律;动态流变分析表明UHMWPE/HDPE共混物具有较好的相容性,扫描电镜(SEM)图也证实了这一结论。The dynamic rheology behaviors of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene/high density polyethylene(UHMWPE/HDPE) blends at 180, 190, 200 and 210 ℃ were measured by rotational rheometer. The miscibility was also analyzed by log-additivity rule, van Gurp-Palmen(vGP) curves and Cole-Cole plots. The results showed that the entanglement density, complex viscosity, complex modulus of blends decreased with the increasing of HDPE content;the complex viscosity data can be described well by Carreau-Yasuda constitutive equations;rheological and morphological investigations indicated that UHMWPE/HDPE blends was compatible.
