摘 要:以固体酸H2SO4-SiO2为催化剂,芴酮和邻甲基苯胺为原料合成9,9-双(3-甲基-4-氨基苯基)芴,采用熔点,核磁,质谱对产品进行了表征。考察了几种固体酸对反应的催化效果,固体酸H2SO4-SiO2的催化效果最好,对原料物质的量的比、反应温度、催化剂用量等因素进行研究并优化,较优的工艺条件为:芴酮与邻甲基苯胺物质的量的为1∶8,反应温度为160~165℃,反应时间为6 h,催化剂用量为13 g,产品质量分数为99%,收率84.5%。此工艺中的固体酸催化剂可循环使用4次以上,价格低廉,低碳环保,实现了绿色合成工艺,具有良好的工业化前景。9,9-Bis(3-methyl-4-aminophenyl)fluorene was synthesized from fluorenone and o-methylaniline with H2SO4-SiO2 as catalyst. The product was characterized by melting point, NMR and MS. The catalytic effect of several solid acids was investigated. It was found that H2SO4-SiO2 has the best catalytic effect. The raw material ratio, reaction temperature, catalyst dosage and other factors were optimized. The optimum process conditions are as follows: molar ratio of fluorenone to o-toluidine is 1∶8, reaction temperature is 160~165 ℃, reaction time is 6 h, catalyst dosage is 13 g, the product quality fraction is 99% and the yield was 84.5%. The solid acid catalyst in this process can be recycled for more than four times with low price, low carbon and environmental protection. The green synthesis process is realized and has a good industrial prospect.
