摘　　要：随着我国人口老龄化进程的加快,长期护理保险的发展已迫在眉睫。通过研究试点城市的政策、文献和实施效果,对我国首批长期护理保险试点城市的实施方案进行对比分析,梳理出各试点城市实施方案中存在的问题,并针对问题给出相应的建议。With the acceleration of the aging process,the development of long-term care insurance is imminent.By studying the policies,documents and implementation effects of pilot cities.It makes a comparative analysis of the implementation plans of the first batch of pilot cities of long-term care insurance in China.Subsequently,it sorts out the existing problems in the implementation plans of each pilot city,and gives corresponding suggestions for the problems.
